Booking & Payment
Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Jett Cabs. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.
Payment Terms:
Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
Pricing:
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by You:
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, vehicle breakdown). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Use of Services
Service Availability:
Our services are available for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Travel Documents:
It is your responsibility to carry valid travel documents (e.g., ID, passport, visa) as required for your journey. We are not liable for any issues arising from missing or invalid travel documents.
Conduct:
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner while using our services. We reserve the right to terminate service to any individual who engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
